Auf uns können Sie bauen: wir bieten Ihnen mit unserer langjährigen Erfahrung den kompletten Service rund um Ihr Produkt. Wir übernehmen für Sie das Verpacken, Umpacken von kleinen bis großen Chargen, Serialisieren (auch das Auslesen von Nummern) und Verschließen mit Tamper Evident Etiketten, Einschrumpfen im Volleinschlag -  nach Ihren Wünschen und Ihrem Bedarf.
Wir sind auf Sonderwünsche spezialisiert – denn jedes Produkt ist ein Unikat! Ein modernes Pharmalager mit 5.000 m² Grundfläche rundet die Servicepalette ab. Sie können Ihre Ware hier lagern sowie im Inland (an Pharmagroßhandel, Apotheken,…) versenden oder direkt von Rastatt aus exportieren lassen. Das spart Zeit und Geld – und schont zudem die Umwelt, da Zwischentransporte entfallen. Mehr als 70 versierte und engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter kümmern sich gern um Ihr Produkt! You can count on us: with our long-term experience, we offer you a complete service for your product. We take over the packaging, repackaging of small to large batches, serialisation (also the reading out of numbers) and sealing with tamper-evident labels, shrinking in full wrap - according to your wishes and requirements.
We are your experts in special requests – because every product is unique! A modern pharmaceutical warehouse with a base of 5,000 m² rounds off the range of services. You can store your goods here as well as dispatch them within Germany (to pharmaceutical wholesalers, pharmacies,...) or export them directly from Rastatt. This saves time and money – and also protects the environment, as intermediate transports are no longer necessary. More than 50 experienced and committed employees are happy to take care of your product! We look forward to the dialogue with you.

Einkauf
Der Einkauf von bedruckten und unbedruckten Materialien erfolgt bei zuverlässigen, auditierten Lieferanten.

Konfektionieren
Unter GMP-Bedingungen und dennoch schnell und pragmatisch bearbeiten unsere Mitarbeiterinnen Ihr
Produkt nach Ihren Vorgaben. Einige Beispiele:
  • Länderspezifische Aufmachungen
  • Etikettieren von Ampullen, Flaschen und Dosen

Serialisierung, Tamper Evident Etikettierung
Wir bieten alle Varianten der Serialisierung an:
  • Serialisierung des fertigen Produktes auf dem Box-Printer
  • Vorab-Bedruckung von Plano-Faltschachteln
  • Serialisierung per Etikettendruck (für große Packungen, Kombipackungen, eingeschrumpfte Packungen)
Wareneingang, Kontrolle
Die Prüfung von bedruckten Ausgangsmaterialien (auch bei Beistellung) erfolgt beim Wareneingang per „ImageCompare“ – zu Ihrer Sicherheit und für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.

Chargenfreigabe, Dokumentation
Sie bestimmen den Umfang der Dokumentation und auch die Art der Freigabe durch Biokanol Pharma: Freigabe zum Versand an Sie oder Freigabe zum Inverkehrbringen.

Als Verpackungs-Spezialist rund um die Sekundärverpackung für Arzneimittel, Kosmetika und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel bietet Biokanol Pharma an:
  • Etikettierung von Ampullen, Flaschen und Dosen
  • Verpackung von Hand (auch kleinere Chargen)
  • Konfektionierung von Kombi-Packungen, Bestückung von Displays
  • Umarbeitungen aller Art: Umpacken in andere Packungsgrößen / andere Länderaufmachungen etc., Austausch von Gebrauchsinformationen, Überkleben, Abetikettierung von Flaschen oder Ampullen, Bündeln
  • Herstellung von „unverkäuflichen Mustern“
  • Auf Wunsch „alles aus einer Hand“: Beschaffung aller für diese Tätigkeiten erforderlichen Drucksachen
  • Freigaben zum Inverkehrbringen
  • Optische Kontrolle von Ampullen und Vials, z.B. auf Partikel und Schwarzbrenner
  • Serialisieren von Faltschachteln, Etiketten und Fertigpackungen
  • Bündelpackungen im Volleinschlag (Schrumpfen)
  • Vermittlung von Dienstleistungen: Mit unseren Partnern unterstützen wir Sie gerne bei der Entwicklung, Herstellung, Konfektionierung und Analytik Ihrer Produkte. Unser gutes Netzwerk sowie viele Jahre Erfahrung finden fast immer eine pragmatische Lösung.
Lagerung und Produktion erfolgen in temperaturgeführten Räumlichkeiten, zwei Kühllager ermöglichen auch die Verarbeitung von Kühlprodukten.

Purchasing
The purchasing of printed and unprinted materials takes place at reliable, audited suppliers.

Packaging
Under GMP conditions and yet quickly and pragmatically, our employees process your product according to your specifications. Some examples:
  • Country-specific presentations
  • Labelling of ampoules, bottles and tins
  • Reworkings in different pack sizes
  • Replacement of package inserts, pasting over, etc.
  • Combination packages that cannot be finished mechanically
  • Production of samples

Serialisation, tamper-evident labelling
We offer different kinds of serialisation:
  • Serialisation of the finished product on the  box printer
  • Pre-printing of plano folding boxes
  • Serialisation by label printing  (for large packages, combination packs,  shrinked packages)
Goods receipt, control
The inspection of printed starting materials (also when provided) is carried out at goods receipt by „Image Compare“ – for your safety and for complete documentation.

Batch release,  documentation
You determine the scope of the documentation and also the type of release by Biokanol Pharma: Release for
 dispatch to you or release for placing on the market.

As a specialist for secondary packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food supplements, Biokanol Pharma offers:

  • labelling of ampoules, bottles and cans
  • packaging by hand (also for smaller batch sizes)
  • packaging of combi-packs, equipping of displays
  • reworking of all kinds: repackaging in different package sizes, different country specifications etc., exchange of package information leaflet, cover up with stickers, remove labelling from bottles and ampoules, bundle up
  • preparation of “Sunset”-packs
  • production of “free medical samples”
  • on request “everything from a single source”: procurement of all printed matter needed for these tasks
  • release procedures for putting the product into circulation
  • optical control of ampoules and vials for e.g. particles and burn marks
  • serialisation of folding boxes, labels and ready-made packs
  • multipacks in full wrap (shrinking)
  • arrangement of services: together with our partners we are happy to support you regarding the development, production, packaging and analytics of your product. Due to our excellent network and many years of experience, we almost always find a pragmatic solution.


Warehousing and the production are taking place at temperature-controlled premises. Two cold storages allow us to process also chilled or refrigerated products.
